- We are proud to introduce you to our family business, Battle Creek Outfitters. Together we are working very hard to make it a success. After returning home from Okalhoma State Horse shoeing School and starting a farrier business with his sons, Jason decided to design an apron that would not only be durable, but comfortable. He knew that my experience of 16 years as a seamstress and supervisor at La-Z-Boy Chair Company, could be used to produce a top quality, well built apron. After three years of designing, and with some helpful, final touches from world champion farrier, Shane Carter, we feel that we finally have the perfect product. We would like to thank you for your business and hope you will enjoy our aprons as much as we do.
